1.Refund Eligibility:
• Refunds are only applicable within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Refunds will only be considered for the following reasons:
- The course content does not meet the description provided on our website.
- Technical issues preventing access to the course that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- You have implemented everything that is mentioned in the courses & checked with us for a solution but there was no solution found.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing support@sumanpachigulla.com and include the reason for the request, along with proof of purchase.
2.Non-Refundable Items:
• Courses that have been completed or partially completed are not eligible for a refund.
• Any bundled or additional materials included with the course are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

At SPARC Mentoring and Consulting Services, we understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel your enrolment in a course. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1.Cancellation Process:
• To cancel your enrolment in a course, please send a cancellation request to support@sumanpachigulla.com with your full name, order number, and the name of the course you wish to cancel.
• Cancellations must be requested within in 3 days after enrolment, provided there is no activity or 0% completion of the course to be eligible for a refund.
2.Refund Eligibility:
• Cancellations made within 15 days of the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee of 80 % of the course fee.
• Cancellations made after the course has started are not eligible for a refund.
3.Processing Time:
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 15 business days from the date the request is approved.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase after deducing any fee that incurred during enrolment. Like Payment Gateway fee etc, Admin charges etc.
