    Imagine a serene village, Malkangiri, in Odisha surrounded by lush greenery, where dreams float like clouds in the endless sky. That's where my tale unfolds.

It's a story of simplicity, of longing for more amid laughter and love.

In 2005, I ventured from this tranquil haven to the bustling streets of Hyderabad, seeking a job to shape my future. But the city, with its towering buildings and fast pace, felt like a maze of uncertainty.

Every job interview became a struggle, my nerves tangled in doubts and fears. Rejections stung, whispering tales of inadequacy. But just when darkness threatened to engulf me, a glimmer of hope appeared.

It came in the form of a chance meeting, a friend of a cousin who saw potential where others saw only flaws.

With patience and kindness, he showed me the ropes of recruitment. Through his guidance, I found my voice and purpose.

Years passed, worked with World's Second Largest Recruiting company (Randstad Technologies), and I rose through the ranks, reaching heights I never imagined - Director of Talent Acquisition. But success came with challenges.

Technology marched forward, casting shadows over the future of recruitment.

Then, one day in May 2019, I made a life-changing decision.

With a heart heavy with fear and determination, I left my secure job behind.

It was time to take a leap of faith, to follow my heart's calling.

Now, standing at the crossroads of past and future, a fire burns within me. It's a passion fueled by purpose, a desire to make a difference in others' lives.

For I believe true success lies in lifting others along the way.

I couldn't ignore the calling to make a difference.

My mission now? To touch the lives of 5 million aspiring recruiters, to instill in them not just skills, but the dignity and respect our profession deserves. So, with unwavering resolve, I declare: Recruiters Must Rise and Command Respect!
